STERAC aims to be a specialist but at the same time does not want to turn down the role of generalist. We remain flexible in the establishment of our product range. Being a generalist is our bread and butter, being a specialist is the icing on the cake. We are a logistics business which conceives, plans and executes complex processes for its customers. However, standard freight forwarding business is a significant aspect of our product range. We want to be both: a specialist for specific markets where collaborative and sophisticated tasks are necessary for our customers, and a generalist which carries out simple logistics orders, which can also be placed with many competitors in a similar format. This serves to manage risk and ensures that STERAC is not in danger of focusing its efforts as a company too intensely on individual sectors. STERAC wishes to continue along its path to constant growth as it has in previous years, as well as retaining and creating sustainable and secure jobs for those members of staff in the company. We want to be perceived in the public sphere as a strong, innovative company that is dedicated to progress. STERAC should establish and embody an image of which customers can say:
