Bike Leasing – Eco-friendly to Work
At STERAC, all employees have the opportunity to lease a bicycle. This not only promotes the physical health of our workforce but also makes an active contribution to reducing the CO₂ footprint in commuting.
Company Health Insurance
The health of our employees is a top priority. That’s why we offer supplementary company health insurance. Everyone can invest their annual budget individually, tailored to their personal healthcare needs.
Tafel Ahrensburg – Donations and Storage Space
We support the Ahrensburg Tafel with regular material donations and provide free warehouse space. This ensures surplus products can be stored safely and hygienically until they are distributed to those in need.
Promoting Education with Netzwerk Stormarn
As a partner of Netzwerk Stormarn, we actively support educational projects and equal opportunities in the region – because education is the key to a strong and future-proof community.
“Out of the Blind Spot” – Road Safety Education
Together with Round Table Ahrensburg, we run this campaign every year in a local primary school. Kids from years 1 to 4 are shown where they are visible to a truck driver – and where they are not. They also experience the driver’s perspective themselves, learning the concept in a playful, memorable way.
Donations for Social Initiatives
STERAC also provides financial support to various organisations, including addiction support services, the Association of German Detectives (Bund Deutscher Kriminalbeamter), regional animal shelters as well as children’s and sports clubs. This is our contribution to a stable and supportive social environment.
